Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected emergencies can happen, please contact me. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24-Hour notice. I reserve the right to charge for any appointment that is missed without given notice. A credit card will be required to hold your appointment. This information must be provided at the time of booking the service to secure your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
If you are up to 15 minutes late for your service, I may need to shorten the service being offered. If you are 20-minutes or more late, I will not be able to accommodate you. In this case, a cancellation fee charge will be applied depending on the service that was scheduled per the policies below. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
Cancellation and/or Reschedule Policy Facials & Waxing Services:
Any rescheduled, cancellation or no-show appointment made less than the 24-Hour prior to the service will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be a flat charge of $30.00 for all facials. A fee of the total service price for all wax appointments not to exceed $30.00. This fee must be paid in order to book future services. Failure to pay such fees may result in the termination of future services.
Groupon Booking, Cancellation, and/or Reschedule Policy:
This is a great way to experience one of my services advertised by Groupon at a discounted rate! Your Groupon Voucher number is required to reserve your appointment. If a number is not valid, cannot be verified, or not included at the time of booking, I will contact you to verify. Without valid contact information and verification, your appointment will be canceled within 24 hours of being scheduled. I reserve the right to redeem your Groupon if you cancel, request to reschedule or no show less than 24-hours prior to your appointment. Once I have redeemed it, your Groupon is no longer valid. Should your Groupon voucher expire, I am happy to still accept its value towards the full price service with you paying the difference upon check out.
